Tabata HIIT
Tabata HIIT is a workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. For each exercise, you do eight rounds of 20 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest.
Circuit Boot Camp
Circuit Bootcamp is a workout that includes 10 different stations. The workouts combine a mix of endurance and strength-based exercises, so that you're building muscle developing a stronger core and improving endurance.
Spin Cycling
Hop on the bike and let the beats move your feet! This fun, fast-paced cycling class turns your workout into a party on wheels—with heart-pumping music, sweaty sprints, and epic hill climbs that’ll make your legs sing. It’s cardio, its energy, it’s a whole vibe. Come for the ride, stay for the endorphins!
