Access is available to Permanent Party stationed at Hohenfels U.S. ID card holders 18+ only:

  • Monday-Friday: 7:30 p.m. - 5 a.m.
  • Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: 4:30 p.m. - 5 a.m. 

How much are the fitness center classes?
Single class: $5. Book with ten tickets: $50.

Open to Active Duty and authorized US ID card holders 12+ and Bundeswehr

  • 12-15 year olds only with direct adult/parent supervision
  • 12-18 year olds must obtain authorization by attending facility orientation provided by designated Fitness Center Personnel by appointment only.

What are acceptable forms of ID for access to the fitness centers?
DOD ID Card or CAC Card/Installation pass for DOD LN Employees.

Who is eligible to use the fitness centers?
All personnel in possession of a DOD ID Card or CAC Card/Installation pass for DOD LN Employees.

What is the youth age policy for the physical fitness centers?
Youth ages 16 years and older are permitted unsupervised access to the Fitness Center. Youth ages 15 years and below are permitted access to limited areas only with direct supervision.

Do the physical fitness centers have a dress code?
Yes, there is a Fitness Center workout attire and shoe policy.

Are there personal trainers available by request?
Yes, we do offer Personal Trainer services for a fee.

Can I request specific music to be played?
No

Can visitors use the fitness centers?
Yes, authorized US ID Cardholders are permitted to bring in a guest.

How much are the fitness center classes?

Yes, we do offer Massages Services.


Massage Therapy

Receive the benefits of massage, whether you need to release stress and body tension or restore energy for relaxation. Services offered at the Rodney J. Harris Sports & Fitness Center for ages 18+ U.S. ID cardholders & guests.

Monday and Friday by appointment only, Tuesday-Thursday 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Swedish/Deep Tissue:

  • 30 minutes - $35
  • 60 minutes - $65
  • 90 minutes - $95

Japanese Shiatsu (finger pressure massage):

  • 20 minutes (head) - $40
  • 80 minutes (full body) - $95

Breuss (soft spinal stretching):

  • 30 minutes - $50
Group Fitness Classes

Zumba
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness that moves between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. 

Spin Cycling
A cycling class set to exciting music tracks that will have you pedaling through hill climbs, sprints and many other drills and exercises to provide an excellent workout to improve cardiovascular conditioning. 

Vinyassa Yoga
A style of yoga that is practiced linking strength, flexibility, conscious breath with dynamic fluid movement.
