Effective March 8, operation hours will be:
Monday-Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. (closed 1-2 p.m. for cleaning)
Saturday & Sunday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Federal Holidays and Training Holidays: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.



Customer Guidelines - COVID-19:

  • Facility maximum capacity is 61
  • Active Duty and authorized US ID card holders 16+
  • Customers at high risk (65+ or with serious medical conditions) should not use facility
  • Anyone exhibiting signs of illness will be denied entry/service
  • Gym bags are not authorized in the facility 
  • Small personal items such as fanny packs, towels, yoga mats and weight belts/gloves are authorized
  • Fitness classes can only be offered outdoors with limited participants
  • Facility use limited to one hour per customer
  • Face masks required at all times
  • Customers required to scan ID and sign in/out at entrance
  • Must wash and/or sanitize hands upon entry and exit
  • Maintain social distancing
  • Sanitize fitness equipment before and after use
  • Individual exercise only -- no partner or spotting (lifters not to exceed 80% of their max lift)
  • Must follow all Army regulations and safety/staff rules


Services not currently available:

  • Locker rooms, showers and saunas closed - arrive in proper workout attire
  • Water fountains not available - bring own bottle of water
  • Intramural sports and group recreational activities
  • Personal trainers and massage services
  • 24/7 gym is closed

How much are the fitness center classes?
Single classes are $4 per class. Ticket Books of ten tickets are $30.

USAREUR Commander's Cup Program

The Battalion and Separate Unit Commander's Cup Program, has now begun for the FY 2017 sports season. The purpose of the Commander's Cup Program is to recognize Battalions and Separate Units that accumulate the highest number of points from consistent involvement, participation, and team achievement in Garrison sporting and recreation activities. Sports and fitness events included in the Commander's Cup Program are the following: softball, combat cross country, flag football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, Army 10-miler qualifying race, combatives, running events and installation hosted events (i.e. boxing, golf, obstacle courses, pool, etc.). By Promoting physical fitness, troop morale and esprit de corps, this sports program will provide opportunities for participation in a variety of individual and team sports. It is designed to develop team cooperation and effectiveness through athletic competition, self-confidence and leadership qualities via a competitive and recreational channel.

What are acceptable forms of ID for access to the fitness centers?
DOD ID Card or CAC Card/Installation pass for DOD LN Employees.

Who is eligible to use the fitness centers?
All personnel in possession of a DOD ID Card or CAC Card/Installation pass for DOD LN Employees.

What is the youth age policy for the physical fitness centers?
Youth ages 16 years and older are permitted unsupervised access to the Fitness Center. Youth ages 15 years and below are permitted access to limited areas only with direct supervision.

Are strollers or baby carriages allowed in the fitness area?
Yes, during our stroller hours which are 9-11 a.m. and 1-4 p.m. from Monday-Friday and all hours of operation on weekends and Holidays.

Do the physical fitness centers have a dress code?
Yes, there is a Fitness Center workout attire and shoe policy.

Are there personal trainers available by request?
Yes, we do offer Personal Trainer services for a fee.

Can I request specific music to be played?

What is the age requirement for the Parent Tot areas?
Youth of all ages are permitted to be in the contained area of the Family Fitness Room. Parents must remain in the Family Fitness Room at all times while their children are present.

Can visitors use the fitness centers?
Yes, authorized US ID Cardholders are permitted to bring in a guest.

How much are the fitness center classes?
