This Fitness Center comes with the latest and most updated Fitness Equipment and Fitness & Wellness Programs to meet the needs and interests of our customers. 

Access is available to all authorized USAG Bavaria U.S. ID card holders 18+
Ages 12-17 may use only while under direct supervision of their parent/legal guardian.

24/7 Access

24/7 Access allows you to work out during our unmanned hours. 
Monday-Friday: 8:00 p.m. - 5:30 a.m.
Saturday, Sunday and Training Holidays: 4:00 p.m. - 8 a.m.
Federal Holidays: 24/7 access only.

Customers must submit a signed waiver and then be registered
in our access system to scan in and out of the facility using a CAC card.

Please allow 24 hours after submission,
then stop by the Fitness Center, B88 to scan you CAC in our system.

Class Descriptions:

Tabata HIIT
Tabata HIIT is a workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. For each exercise, you do eight rounds of 20 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Circuit BootCamp
Circuit Bootcamp is a workout that includes 10 different stations. The workouts combine a mix of endurance and strength-based exercises, so that you're building muscle developing a stronger core and improving endurance.

All levels welcome to all classes!

What are acceptable forms of ID for access to the fitness centers?
DOD ID Card or CAC Card/Installation pass for DOD LN Employees.

Who is eligible to use the fitness centers?
All personnel in possession of a DOD ID Card or CAC Card/Installation pass for DOD LN Employees.

What is the youth age policy for the physical fitness centers?
Youth ages 16 years and older are permitted unsupervised access to the Fitness Center. Youth ages 15 years and below are permitted access to limited areas only with direct supervision.

Do the physical fitness centers have a dress code?
Yes, there is a Fitness Center workout attire and shoe policy.

Are there personal trainers available by request?
Yes, we do offer Personal Trainer services for a fee.

Can I request specific music to be played?
No

Can visitors use the fitness centers?
Yes, authorized US ID Cardholders are permitted to bring in a guest.

How much are the fitness center classes?
Single class: $5. Book of ten tickets: $50.

Are there spa & wellness services available?
No, we do not offer Massages Services at this time. 

Family Fitness Room

FAMILY FITNESS ROOM RULES


To ensure the safety and comfort of all patrons and provide this Family
Fitness Room for your convenience, you must abide by these rules.

Operating Hours
Monday – Friday (0830 – 1130/1300-1600/1800-2000)

Saturday, Sunday, and Training Holidays (0800 -1200 hours)


• To access the Family Fitness Room at the RJH Sports & Fitness Center, parents must register for 24/7 access, and families will enter through the 24/7 entrance.

• Available for parents of children ages 6 weeks – 9 years only.

• Parents are required to acknowledge rules by signing in at each visit.

• Respect other patrons. If other parents are waiting to use the equipment/room, please limit time to 1 hour.

• Children exhibiting signs of illness (cold; fever of 101 Fahrenheit degrees within the past 24 hours; constant cough; within the first 24 hours of taking an antibiotic; diarrhea; fussiness or abnormal disposition) are not allowed to be in the Family Fitness room.

• Protective measures: Parents must clean, sanitize, and organize the work out area and the children’s play area prior to leaving. Sanitation wipes are provided for use on equipment and play area.

• Fire and Safety permits only 6 children in the children play area at one time and the family fitness workout area is limited to 17 adults. 

• In case of a fire alarm, please gather your children and follow the exit signs outside the building immediately to the gathering point and wait until all clear is given by Fire Department.

• Strollers are not permitted inside the Family Member Workout Space. Strollers are to be parked in the facility designated area. 

• Car seats or infant carriers placed in the “non walker” area are permitted for non-ambulatory infants.

• Parents must remain inside the family fitness room and always have direct line-of-sight supervision of their children.

• Children must remain in the enclosed play area, and never in the adult exercise area. Any items left in the family fitness room, will be removed, and placed in the lost and found container.

• Children must remove their shoes prior to entering the children play area.

• Food items and drinks are not permitted in the children’s play area.

• Diaper changes are not permitted inside the Family Member Room at any time. Diaper changing tables are available in the fitness center restroom for your convenience. Parents will accompany their child to and from the restroom. Locker rooms are off limits.

• If any equipment is malfunctioning, please alert the staff immediately. 

• Fitness Center staff are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
• We recommend parents bring toys, games, tablets, etc. with them to keep their children occupied, during your workout session. Please remember to take these items home after your workout.

• Parents with unruly children will be asked to leave the facility. This includes fighting, biting, screaming, and uncontrollable tantrums or any disturbance to other patrons.

• Parents who violate the Family Fitness Room rules and procedures may be denied future use.
