Experience riding a bicycle on different off-road trails
$15 includes bike rental, safety equipment and instruction
FINANCIAL FITNESS CHECK-UP CLASS
May 10 and 24: 1 p.m., ACS Training Room, B10
This class can help you conduct a "check-up" on your financial health by utilizing the Financial Well-Being Assessment. It will help you determine next steps towards your financial goals including building savings, investing, paying down debt, improving your credit, and more. FREE, register by calling 522-4860.
USA SOFTBALL UMPIRES CLINIC & SCRIMMAGE GAME
May 10-13, Rodney J. Harris Sports & Fitness Center, free to participate
Spend three days learning game prep and lineup management, umpire mechanics and signals, field work, plate and base mechanics and scorekeeping. On Saturday, get game certified at the scrimmage. USA Softball umpires are nationally recognized as the best trained and proficient in the sport.
1K FAMILY FUN RUN/WALK
May 26: 10 a.m., Hohenfels Sportsplatz, FREE to participate
500lb/1000lb CLUB CHALLENGE
May 20: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., free to participate
Test your strength with the 500lb/1000lb Club Challenge! Participants have three attempts to lift their maximum weight in the back squat, bench press and deadlift. The goal is to lift a combined total of 1,000 pounds for males and 500 pounds for females. Free t-shirt when you reach the weight! Register by May 17. Sign-up in person at the Rodney J. Harris Sports and Fitness Center. Open to U.S. ID card holders 15+
LEARN TO BOWL CLASS FOR ADULTS
May 3, 10, 24 and 31, 4:30-6:30 p.m., Bowling & Entertainment Center, B14
