Share a photo of yourself with your Valentine on the Bavaria MWR Facebook page and tell us in 25 words or less why they are special to you! One lucky entry will be selected by random to win a two night stay for two people at the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort in the majestic Alps in Garmisch!

Entries are not limited to partners, your Valentine can be a child, pet, friend, family member, etc. Share who you love for a chance to win a getaway when travel restrictions lift thanks to our wonderful sponsor Edelweiss Lodge and Resort. Contest starts February 1 and ends February 15 at 10 p.m. 

Certificate terms: This two night vacation is valid Sunday - Thursday at the Edelweiss Lodge & Resort in Garmisch, Germany. The winner and their guest will receive accommodation in a standard room with beautiful alpine views, flat screen LCD television and free wireless internet and complimentary papers provided by Stars and Stripes. Enjoy your day in Bavaria hiking, skiing or sightseeing historic castles. Or simply relax with a massage before having a delicious meal.

Offer expires October 1, 2021, no exceptions. Room nights valid Sunday – Thursday. No federal holiday weekends. Children are at no additional cost in room on existing bed space. Redeemable only at Edelweiss Lodge and Resort. Must be consecutive night stays. Meals are not included. Non-transferable. Non-refundable. Not redeemable for cash. 1. Must be a U.S. ID card holder to participate. Employees of Family and MWR and members of their immediate family are not eligible to participate/win.

2. Submissions MUST be posted to the USAG Bavaria MWR Facebook page. Only one (1) entry per individual. Only one (1) prize per household for the contest.

3. By entering this contest, contestant verifies submissions are created solely by the entrant and do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest.

4. Winner will be chosen by random draw on February 16.

5. Contest starts February 1 and ends February 15 at 10 p.m. Prize: Winner will receive a two night stay for two people at the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort.

6. Winner will be announced on Facebook after notification and contacted via Facebook messenger.

7. For this contest, Family and MWR disclaims all liability for any delays, missed delivery, loss or failure in the delivery of any item sent by electronic transmission.

8. By participating, all contestants and winner grant Family and MWR exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other promotions and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.

9. By participating in the contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against Family and MWR for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of any prize.

10. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign Family and MWR's release form to claim the prize.
