STRONG B.A.N.D.S. – STRONG Balance, Activity, Nutrition, Determination and Strength – promotes healthy, active lifestyles for Army communities. It helps motivate Army Soldiers, Families, Retirees and Civilians to get and stay fit.

ARMY WELLNESS CENTER BAVARIA
May 2, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Hohenfels Post Gym, B88

  • Promote wellness and encourage healthy lifestyles for the military community
  • Educate people about exercise prescription and provide some general exercise programs
  • Provide nutritional information and guidance

LEARN TO BOWL CLASS FOR ADULTS
May 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31, 4:30-6:30 p.m., Bowling & Entertainment Center, B14

  • $25 per person for the class, includes lane fee, shoe rental and instruction

ODR “TRY IT TUESDAYS” MOUNTAIN BIKING
May 03,10,17 and 24, 5 p.m., Hohenfels Outdoor Recreation, BH15

  • Experience riding a bicycle on different off-road trails
  • $15 includes bike rental, safety equipment and instruction

FINANCIAL FITNESS CHECK UP CLASS
May 3 and 24, 1 p.m., ACS Training Room, B10

  • How to save and invest your money, how to establish savings goals, debt elimination strategies, and saving emergencies.

MFLC: LIFE IN BALANCE CLASS

  • Provide service members and their families a counseling program that is readily accessible and offers transformative services in support of their life, health and readiness.
