A cycling class set to exciting music tracks that will have you pedaling through hill climbs, sprints and many other drills and exercises to provide an excellent workout to improve cardiovascular conditioning.
Tabata is a style of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) where you perform 20 seconds of full work followed by 10 seconds of rest. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
A style of yoga that is practiced linking strength, flexibility, conscious breath with dynamic fluid movement.
Is a cardio and strength workout consisting of multiple stations, each station has a targeted exercise focusing on either the upper or lower body and the stations use various weights and body weight movements.
