Classes offered:
Zumba
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness that moves between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Spin Cycling
A cycling class set to exciting music tracks that will have you pedaling through hill climbs, sprints and many other drills and exercises to provide an excellent workout to improve cardiovascular conditioning.
Vinyassa Yoga
A style of yoga that is practiced linking strength, flexibility, conscious breath with dynamic fluid movement.
Tabata HIIT
Tabata HIIT is a workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. For each exercise, you do eight rounds of 20 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest.
Circuit BootCamp
Circuit Bootcamp is a workout that includes 10 different stations. The workouts combine a mix of endurance and strength-based exercises, so that you're building muscle developing a stronger core and improving endurance.
Functional Fitness
Is a type of strength training that readies the body for daily activities.These movements equip you for the most important type of physical fitness that preps for real-life daily living. First Monday of the month class is a beginner On Ramp class and must be attended to move forward with regular Wednesday & Friday classes. 8 person class limit (no exceptions)
