Vinyasa yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. You'll develop a stronger mind-body connection and grow in strength and flexibility.

This class is offered three times a week: 

  • Monday: 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. Beginner Yoga
  • Wednesday: 5:30-6:30 p.m. Vinyasa Flow
  • Friday: 9-10 a.m. Vinyasa Flow

Open to US ID Cardholders 16+.
