Parents learn how to navigate the sometimes-complex terrain of communicating and engaging in a respectful and effective dialogue with your children. Hear new ways to handle specific, touchy topics of the sort that usually end in parent/kid standoffs, including, delivering constructive feedback to kids; discussing boundaries around technology; explaining sleep and their brains; the anxiety of current events; and family problem-solving.
