7-week curriculum for Mothers and Babies. Topics include:
- Bonding
- Infant needs & development
- Mother self-care
- Peri-natal mood health
Refreshments wil be provided.
Moms are welcome to bring their babies up to the age of 1.
Offered by the New Parent Support Program.
Dates: October 10, 17, 24 & 31 and November 7, 14 & 21.
