Not for the faint of heart, this route starts in Erhwald, Austria as a steep hike through the Schneekar to the Weiner-Neustadt Hutte, before travelling near vertically to the Wetterstein ridge by the steel cable-secured klettersteig. A high level of fitness, experience hiking in mountainous environments and no fear of heights is recommended for all participants. Expert guide and all necessary safety equipment included.
