Test your strength with the 500lb/1000lb Club Challenge! Participants have three attempts to lift their maximum weight in the back squat, bench press and deadlift following USA Powerlifting rules and standards. The goal is to lift a combined total of 1,000 pounds for males and 500 pounds for females. Free t-shirt when you reach the weight! Limited to 25 participants.

Register by August 17. Sign-up in person at the Rodney J. Harris Sports and Fitness Center. Open to U.S. ID card holders 16+ only
