Test your strength with the 500lb/1000lb Club Challenge! Participants have three attempts to lift their maximum weight in the back squat, bench press and deadlift. The goal is to lift a combined total of 1,000 pounds for males and 500 pounds for females. Free t-shirt when you reach the weight!

Register by May 17, sign-ups begin March 1, 2023. Sign-up in person at the Rodney J. Harris Sports and Fitness Center. Open to U.S. ID card holders 15+ only
